  • any timescales that need to be met,
  • any specifications eg materials that must be either included or excluded
  • any dimensions eg length / width to be covered
  • lengths of any fences to be installed
  • number of gates required and whether single / double gates
  • security features required
  • for any hardstanding / paved areas, are they for pedestrian or vehiicular use?
